OMG MAINHEADER. I remember you from like forever ago.
My friend told me he was going to give me Swine Flu, I said, okay, I'll lay on a couch and drink Gatorade for a couple of days. It's only serious for those countries who don't have proper medical care. I have proper medical care. I'll be fine.

There's been a few incidents in my area but not close enough to have our school down. I'm kinda hoping some kids get it in my area tbh.

I have bad allergies so of course everyone assumes I have the Swine. Although, I do live in Texas so it's the news' freak-outedness x Texas sized.

It's irritating, honestly. Everyone's going nuts over this thing which isn't even as lethal as the normal flu. >_<;' Sigh. Yeah, it's not good to get it, but it's not even a fraction as bad as everyone is making out to be. Actually it is more deadly than the normal Influenza A but ofcourse not as much as the media makes it out to be. Governments are taking action because it is PREVENTABLE. They are taking the right measures at this stage in my opinion, its just the media who are exaggerating. There is another big issue here that I think people are overlooking. Out of the suspected cases, only a few are reported as H1N1 strain but the rest are mostly confirmed as Influenza A. We've had Influenza A vaccines around for years now and here in NZ people are vaccinated at a primary and grammar(secondary) school level. Huge ad campaigns are run across radio and tv. To my knowledge, the case is similar in some other countries. The WHO refuses to acknowledge that thier Influenza A vaccines are failing and this data can be used to prove it.

Sorry, but I lol'd at these three words The thought of a global 'Big Bird' flu XD We've got 4 who have it, I think? Poor bastards were on a vacation in Mexico. When I hear someone in a 1km radius from me has it - then I'll start worrying. 'Till then I'll just keep exercising and eating healthy as usual
